I wanted your *Help* in helping someone from getting in to *serious debt.* This small Citroen Van (VU15 ZSN) has been parked in the Car Park, Fairgate House,205 kings road, Tyseley B112AA The car park is managed by a *Private parking firm*As the owner hasn't updated his parking permit, he/she has been getting daily fines. Which will amount to £1000's by now. *If this individual doesn't move his/her van very soon they could end up in £10'000 in debt.* The building manager has tried to track its owner. I cant simply walk past this car daily knowing what's about to unfold.
